The problem and the limits
The problem
Client feedback lived in Frame.io, projects in Notion. Producers copied notes and links between them by hand.
What she does
- Posts each Frame.io comment on the matching Notion page, with the timecode, and tags the producer.
- Finds Frame.io links in the wrong place on a page and moves them into the right field.
- Flags approved jobs with empty fields instead of filling them.
- Writes a daily report on upcoming deadlines, overdue jobs and missing owners.
What she isn’t allowed to do
Every change goes through one gate: comments and two fields are allowed, everything else is refused. Tested in dry-run on 4,561 live projects first.
One gate for every change
