How I built it

**The gap** Existing training tools break when the agent goes off-script. The goal was a realistic customer.

Research before building — **Research** Reviews of the four leading tools and real call transcripts. Real customers give short replies, so the AI does too.

Brand and characters A pixel A that reads as a level-up arrow. Pixel-art customers load instantly and show their mood.

How it fits together — **Architecture** A case with hidden context, a live call with coaching, then a separate model scores it.

How it stays safe — **Security** API key on the server, rate limits on every paid route, no database.

Testing the scoring — **Testing** Same calls scored three times: rule breaches failed every run, quality varied by about 15 points.
